MSC/MYAA Soccer Community, 

 

It is with great pleasure announcing that Jim Jackson is taking over as Commissioner/President of Medford Soccer Club effective immediately. Jim was unanimously voted into the position by our MYAA Executive Board this week. I will remain on the soccer board in an advisory role handling club requirements Jim and I outlined in our transition plan for this soccer year.  

 

Jim has been a key member of our MSC Board and Coach for the club for many years and is well prepared for the role. Our Soccer Board, MYAA Board, and I have great confidence in Jim's ability to continue with the growth and success of our MSC program.  

 

I want to thank all the past & current board members, coaches, players, sponsors, and families that have supported Medford Soccer Club in my 12 years coaching and running the club. It has been very rewarding seeing the growth and success our club has experienced with all the support of our volunteers - there are just too many of you to thank individually!

 

For those of you in the MSC & MYAA program (especially those with younger children); that don't currently volunteer to support our youth programs: please step up and do so - volunteers are the lifeline of our MYAA sports programs.
